At MOS Edition, every order is carefully prepared and packaged before beginning its journey to you. We want your shopping experience to feel effortless from the moment you place your order to the moment your jewelry arrives.
Order Processing & Delivery
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.
Estimated delivery times include order preparation, packaging, and shipping. Most orders are expected to arrive within the following timeframes:
- United States: 5–8 business days
- Canada: 7–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–8 business days
- Europe: 4–10 business days
- Australia: 3–10 business days
- Other international destinations: 7–14 business days
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Occasionally, carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, peak shopping periods, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Shipping & Fulfillment
MOS Edition works with fulfillment centers in multiple locations. Your order may be shipped from the fulfillment location best suited to your delivery address and product availability.
If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally be fulfilled or delivered separately.
Tracking Your Order
Once tracking information becomes available, it will be provided with your order so you can follow its journey.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking information for the carrier's system to display its first update.
If your tracking information has not updated after this period, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.
Customs & Duties
MOS Edition orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
This means applicable customs clearance and import duties associated with the shipment are handled before delivery. You should not be asked to pay additional customs or import-duty charges when your package arrives.
International Shipping
MOS Edition ships internationally to supported destinations.
For deliveries outside the United States and United Kingdom, a valid telephone number may be required by the shipping carrier or customs authorities. Please make sure the contact and delivery information entered at checkout is complete and accurate.
Delivery Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing checkout.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the information before fulfillment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipment.
MOS Edition cannot be responsible for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Delivery Delays
While we work to have every order delivered within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control.
If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number so we can review the tracking information and assist you.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information indicates a delivery problem or you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us.
We will review the shipment information and work with the fulfillment and shipping partners to determine the appropriate next steps.
If tracking shows that an order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and with members of your household, building management, or neighbors where appropriate before contacting us.
